Try – verb: to make an attempt or effort to do something or in this case…someone.
Sex. Logan Mitchell loves it, and ever since he realized his raw sexual appeal at a young age, he has had no problem using it to his advantage. Men and women alike fall into his bed—after all, Logan is not one to discriminate. He lives by one motto—if something interests you, why not just take a chance and try?
And he wants to try Tate Morrison.
Just coming out of a four-year marriage with an ex-wife from hell, a relationship is the last thing on Tate’s mind. He’s starting fresh and trying to get back on his feet with a new job at an upscale bar in downtown Chicago.
The only problem is, Tate has caught the unwavering and unwelcome attention of Mr. Logan Mitchell – a regular at the bar and a man who always gets what he wants.
Night after night Tate fends off the persistent advances of the undeniably charismatic man, but after an explosive moment in the bar, all bets are off as he finds his body stirring with a different desire than his mind.
As arrogance, stubbornness and sexual tension sizzles between the two, it threatens to change the very course of their lives.
Logan doesn’t do relationships. Tate doesn’t do men. But what would happen if they both just gave in and…tried?

“Say not, ‘I have found the truth,’ but rather, ‘I have found a truth.'” Kahlil Gibran
“So…what’s your truth, Logan?”
Logan stared at him so intently that Tate wondered what was going on inside his head before he replied, “I think you are,” leaving Tate speechless.“I did it because you got in my face and made me see how irresistible you are, regardless of your gender. And Logan?”
“Yeah?”
“I still think that, but now, there’s so much more to it.”
I am so in love with this book, loved Logan, loved Tate, loved how they met and loved taking this journey with them. I enjoyed their banter, whether it was flirty, angry, sweet or funny, Logan’s mouth is to die for and Tate gave as good as he got. Loved how they realized it is not about sexuality but rather fate!
This book was HOT, the build-up of sexual tension was perfect, their first kiss had me swooning!
I delighted in how possessive the guys were of each other, it was so sweet to see their jealousy and it was not over done or obsessive, reading the blurb I feared that there may be other people but no there was no cheating whether emotional or physical, there are books where I can tolerate that but in the case of Tate and Logan I felt protective of their relationship.
There was a lot of character development for both our guys, they still have a long way to go. I do hope in the next book Take to see their relationship grow outside of the bedroom, for the two of them to take a bigger chance on each other! Cannot wait to take the next journey with Tate and Logan and see what Ella has in store for these two.
Ella Frank proved that she is a master teller, there is not a novel by her that I have not enjoyed, she excelled in writing her first M/M novel and left me wanting more of her books. I loved that many fans are willing to TRY and read their first M/M novel just knowing that Ella wrote it and I am sure they will love it!
