This is a beautiful story of falling in love the first time, finding oneself and growing up.
Asia grow up a tomboy with her 2 older brothers and father. Fed up of always being one of the guys, she wants to change and find herself and fall in love “again”. Again being her fist love is Marcus, her brothers best friend. Then she met Jay.
Jay is the son of a multimillionaire. Once a bad boy, turned his life around for his parents and is now concentrating on following his fathers footsteps.
While Jay is all country club person, Asia is more the torn jeans and flip flaps. But she is willing to change for Jay, but is it enough? Will it make her happy? And then Marcus is back!
I love the characters in this book, they are not written in exaggeration. Asia’s character is all natural reactions in falling in love, learning and moving on… none of those characters that makes you question why they start hating the guy for no reason when they feel the opposite, no no… you will fall in love and you will have your heart broken and fall in love again…
I love Jay, he was perfect till he changed…… But you shouldn’t change the person for who they are, but love them the way they are. And I’m glad he realized that.
Now, Marcus and Asia together is sooo much fun!!!! They are meant to be… They have a history, they grow up together, they are family. And the attraction is always there no matter how they deny it. I love love love them.
Then you’re going to love Shaun too, Asia’s brother, who is such a bad boy, a player…. I can’t wait to read his story!
This is definitely beautiful written… on Asia’s POV.
It’s funny, heartbreaking, romantic with a little twist of suspense towards the end!
